This voucher is for a 3-hour Cocktail Hat workshop in Eastbourne. You will learn how to trim a sinamay base to make a cocktail hat or fascinator. All using traditional hand sewing techniques.
All materials provided, including sinamay base, feathers, ribbon, veiling, buttons and more
