This is a one-off item, made from vintage swiss braid It is designed to sit on the side of the head and will fit all headsizes.
The Japanese mother of pearl sublime all creation, and become a jewel. This pearl is from a shellfish caught in the depths of the Pacific Ocean, the Pinctada Maxima.
The term "mother-of-pearl" has been used since at least the sixteenth century to describe this lustrous material.
